Behold, your troops
are women in your midst.
The gates of your land
are wide open to your enemies;
fire has devoured your bars.
It has been my observation that many spiritual realities play themselves out in the natural. For example, when there is a famine of spiritual bread in the land, there very often is a famine of natural bread also. When spiritual destruction is falling on a people, “natural disasters” seem to increase.
Many decry the allowance of homosexuals and women in the military, but could this be a picture of what has happened to our people spiritually? Our “mighty men” have become women, and I am not just referring to homosexuals. I refer to the lack of spiritual manliness in our nation and the church.
How many fathers are taking seriously their responsibility to lead their families spiritually? So few– even among those who profess…

I don’t ever remember learning or hearing that verse in Nahum growing up. I wonder how many Christian women who support women in the military are actually aware of it…
